The bracket that arrived in the mounting kit was made of a cheap metal and the flag bent downwards on a 45° angle I notified the customer service. They said they were sending me a replacement and I never received it. I wound up ordering it to another flag manufacturer and it was a much better quality I don’t recommend purchasing from these guys.
Very pleased with flag, met my needs for showing and speaking about the Philippines. Thank you. Quick, efficient service.
Item was on time and in condition described at a great price!
