Our OT25 flagpole truck from United States Flag Store is a stationary truck/pulley designed to slip over the top of a flagpole and be secured with stainless steel setscrews. This truck is made of cast aluminum with a cast iron nylon pulley on a quarter-inch steel axle. The top has been designed to accept an ornament with a spindle. It's secured to the truck with a stainless steel pan head screw. The maximum halyard diameter is 5/16 inch.
