Eisenhower in 1959 and replaced the infantry battalion flag which had previously been used as the U.S. Navy's unofficial flag. Display the Navy 3' x 5' in a public area with plenty of traffic, such as a classroom, a courthouse or an office, or use it in parades. There are several pole toppers from which to choose, as well. The floor stand is finished in high-gloss gold and keeps its proper weight after you fill it up with either sand or water.
